# What You Need:

01 - 7 oz tortilla chips

02 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

04 - 1 large tomato, diced
05 - 1 small red onion, finely chopped
06 - ½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
07 - 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
08 - ¼ cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
09 - 2 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)
10 - 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

→ To Serve

11 - ½ cup sour cream
12 - ½ cup guacamole
13 - ½ cup salsa
14 - Lime wedges

# How-To:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to facilitate cleanup.
02 - Spread tortilla chips evenly over the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Distribute shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the chips.
04 - Top with black beans, corn, diced tomato, red onion, jalapeño slices, and black olives as desired.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
06 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
07 - Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and lime wedges on the side.
