01 - 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
02 - 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
03 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
04 - 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
05 - 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
→ Wraps and Garnish
10 - 4 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves, washed and dried
11 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
12 - 1 small tomato, diced (optional)
# How-To:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Add salt and black pepper to taste, stirring to incorporate evenly.
03 - Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate and evenly distribute the tuna salad among them.
04 - Top each wrap with sliced avocado and, if desired, diced tomato.
05 - Fold or roll the lettuce leaves around the filling and serve immediately.
