# How-To:
- Set the oven to 375°F and allow it to fully preheat before beginning other preparations.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced yellow onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened and translucent.
- Add diced ham to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Incorporate chopped baby spinach and halved cherry tomatoes; cook for 1 minute until the spinach wilts.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme if desired. Mix in half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese across the surface.
- Cook the mixture on the stovetop for 2 to 3 minutes until the edges are just starting to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the center is puffed and set.
- Remove skillet from the oven. Let rest for several minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
