# How-To:
01 - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is fully dissolved, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
02 - Once the syrup has cooled completely, stir in the limoncello until thoroughly combined.
03 - Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container.
04 - Place in freezer for 4 hours, using a fork to break up ice crystals and stir every 30 to 45 minutes to achieve a smooth, granular texture.
